Grade 2 titanium alloy boasts an ultra-high purity of over 99%, delivering outstanding performance in aerospace, medical, and marine engineering applications. GR2 titanium plates provide strength equivalent to steel while being 40% lighter. They feature exceptional corrosion resistance to endure the most severe environments, as well as excellent biocompatibility, making them an ideal material for human implants.
Performance Characteristics:
Low density and high strength, with tensile strength greater than 345 MPa. The alloy also offers excellent ductility, weldability, and formability, together with superior corrosion resistance and minimal susceptibility to atmospheric and seawater effects.
